To promote excellence, diversity and innovation in the field of bioinformatics, SIB created the SIB Bioinformatics Awards in 2008 to acknowledge early career bioinformaticians and ground-breaking resources of national and international standing.
The Awards honour bioinformatics excellence in three categories and is currently seeking submissions:
- Early Career Bioinformatician Award - Now open until 31 Jan. 2021
- Swiss Bioinformatics Graduate Paper Award - Now open until 31 Jan. 2021
- Bioinformatics Resource Innovation Award - Now open until 28 Feb. 2021
