Participants

The course is directed towards people with little or no experience in computational techniques and/or in the usage of Bioinformatics. We expect to accept about 40 participants, a number that we consider ideal to ensure the success of the practical part.

The participants will be selected by the Organizing Committee on the basis of a short CV and a statement about their scientific interests, both submitted in the Application Form.
Participants are encouraged to present their present research work in a one-slide presentation that will be discussed during the course and to submit a problem that can be taken as a possible topic for the practicals.
