Organization

Course structure

The course will cover five major topics, one each day (see the programme). Each session is under the responsibility of a Lecturer. The afternoon practicals are assisted by the tutors, and additional helpers, if needed. Each day there will be lectures in the morning and practicals in the afternoon. All sessions take place at the Biozentrum (Pharmazentrum Building) of the University of Basel.
Course material will be made available to the participants (in electronic form) on arrival and will be available for download on the web site (see Course Material).

Participants are encouraged to present their present research work in a one-slide presentation that will be discussed during the course and to submit a problem that can be taken as a possible topic for the practicals.
